    1. Hi James Hendrix,
      Thanks for coming.
There are some methods available to import/export contacts between Samsung phone/tablet. One of which is by using Wi-Fi Direct feature.
Here are the steps to do so:
First, enable Wi-Fi Direct in both of your devices.
      >>> In your Samsung Galaxy Note 2
      1. Open Contacts app. Tap the Menu key then select "Share namecard via".
      2. Tick the box next to "Select all" option to select all of your contacts.
      3. Tap Done button.
      4. Tap "Wi-Fi Direct".
      5. Tap the Wi-Fi Direct's name of your Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 under the Available devices list to send contacts.

      >>>In your Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1
      1. Tap "Accept" button to receive contact file using Wi-Fi Direct.
      2. Once the process is completed, open that file (.vcf) from the notification panel.
      3. Select "Contacts" in the Complete action using menu to add contact file to your Contacts app.
      4. Select "Device".
      5. All contacts in the .vcf file from your Note 2 will be imported shortly to the Contacts app on your Tab 10.1.
      Hope this helps :)
