Samsung Galaxy S4: How to Copy or Move Memo to a Folder in S Memo App in Android 5.0.1 Lollipop

Create a folder in S Memo app in your Samsung Galaxy S4 and then use it to save memos with the same category is a great way to manage them and help you to find a memo you want with more easily. If needed, you can also manage your existing memos by copying or moving them to the required folder you have created before.


How to copy or move memo to a folder in S Memo app?
You can do so by using the following steps:
  1. Open S Memo app.
  2. To copy or move a memo to a folder go to the step #3, while to copy or move multiple memos to a folder go to the step #4.
  3. Copying or moving a memo to a folder:
    • Long tap the required memo and then select Copy or Move. FYI, if you select copy, S Memo app will duplicate the selected memo without deleting the original one. If you select move, S Memo app will move the memo and deleting the original one.
    • Tap the required folder where you want to paste or move the memo.
    • Tap Paste here or Move here button at the top right corner of the screen.
    • The selected memo has been copied or moved to the selected folder.
  4. Copying or moving multiple memos to a folder:
    • Tap the Menu key to open up the S Memo menus.
    • Scroll down the menus and then select Copy or Move. FYI, if you select copy, S Memo app will duplicate the selected memo without deleting the original one. If you select move, S Memo app will move the memo and deleting the original one.
    • Select the required memos you want to copy or move to.
    • Tap Copy or Move button at the top right corner of the screen.
    • Tap the required folder where you want to paste or move the memo.
    • Tap Paste here or Move here button at the top right corner of the screen.
    • The selected memos have been copied or moved to the selected folder.
